But the unbelieving Jews stirred up the Gentiles and poisoned their minds against the brothers.[1]

When an attempt was made by both Gentiles and Jews, with their rulers, to mistreat them and to stone them,

But when some became stubborn and continued in unbelief, speaking evil of the Way before the congregation, he withdrew from them and took the disciples with him, reasoning daily in the hall of Tyrannus.[3]

And some were convinced by what he said, but others disbelieved.

Do we not have the right to take along a believing wife,[1] as do the other apostles and the brothers of the Lord and Cephas?

For you, brothers, became imitators of the churches of God in Christ Jesus that are in Judea. For you suffered the same things from your own countrymen as they did from the Jews,
