Already the one who reaps is receiving wages and gathering fruit for eternal life, so that sower and reaper may rejoice together.

For what we proclaim is not ourselves, but Jesus Christ as Lord, with ourselves as your servants[2] for Jesus' sake.

Nor did we seek glory from people, whether from you or from others, though we could have made demands as apostles of Christ.
