And when Moses entered into the tent of meeting, that He might speak with him, then heard he the Voice speaking unto him from off the propitiatory that was upon the ark of the testimony, from between the two cherubim,—so He spake unto him.

Then spake Yahweh unto Moses in the desert of Sinai in the tent of meeting,—on the first of the second month in the second year by their coming forth out of the land of Egypt saying:

Then called he unto Moses,—and Yahweh spake unto him, out of the tent of meeting, saying:

Then did the cloud cover the tent of meeting,—and, the glory of Yahweh, filled the habitation;

and Moses was not able to enter into the tent of meeting, because the cloud had made its habitation thereupon,—and the glory of Yahweh, filled the habitation.

And Yahweh spake unto Moses saying:

Then will I come down, and speak with thee there, and will take of the spirit that is upon thee and put upon them,—and they shall carry, with thee, the burden of the people, and, thou, shalt not carry it by thyself.
