The oracle of one hearing sayings of GOD, And knowing the knowledge of the Most High,—Who the sight of the Almighty, receiveth in vision, Who falleth down but hath unveiled eyes:—
So he took up his parable and said,—From Aram, doth Balak conduct me, The king of Moab, from the mountains of the East, Come thou! curse me Jacob, Yea, come thou! rage on Israel.
Then did Yahweh unveil the eyes of Balaam, and he saw the messenger of Yahweh stationed in the road, with his sword drawn in his hand,—so he bent his head and bowed down before him.
And he said—I saw all Israel, scattered among the mountains, like sheep that have no shepherd,—so Yahweh said, These have, no masters, let them return every man unto his own house, in peace.
Then he said, Therefore, hear thou the word of Yahweh,—I saw Yahweh, sitting upon his throne, and all the host of the heavens, standing by him, on his right hand, and on his left.
