For ye are taking knowledge of the favour of our Lord Jesus Christ,—how that, for your sakes, he became destitute—although he was, rich, in order that, ye, by his destitution, might be enriched.
Blessed be Yahweh, God of our fathers,—who hath put the like of this into the heart of the king, to beautify the house of Yahweh, which is in Jerusalem;
Then arose the ancestral chiefs of Judah and Benjamin, and the priests, and the Levites,—even every one whose spirit God had aroused, to go up to build the house of Yahweh, which was in Jerusalem;
In the first year of Cyrus, king of Persia, to fulfil the word of Yahweh from the mouth of Jeremiah, Yahweh aroused the spirit of Cyrus, king of Persia, and he made a proclamation throughout all his kingdom, moreover also in writing, saying:
Every good giving, and every perfect gift, is, from above, coming down from the Father of lights—with whom is no alternation, nor shadow cast, by turning:
saying unto them—Be going into the village that is over against you, and, straightway, ye shall find an ass, bound, and a colt with her,—loose them, and lead them unto me.
