And, moved with compassion, Jesus touched their eyes,—and, straightway, they recovered sight, and followed him.

To open their eyes; that they turn from darkness unto light, and the authority of Satan unto God, that they may receive remission of sins, and an inheritance among them who have been made holy by the faith respecting me.

And, finally, all, being of one mind, having fellow—feeling, attached to the brethren, of tender affection, of lowly mind:

But Jesus, answering, said—Let be—as long as this! …And, touching the ear, he healed him.

And, beholding her, the Lord, was moved with compassion over her, and said to her—Be not weeping!

Gracious and compassionate, is Yahweh,—slow to anger, and of great lovingkindness.

It is, well for me, that I was afflicted, That I might learn thy statutes.

Before I was afflicted, I myself was going astray, but, now, thy word, have I kept.

And, instantly, he recovered sight, and began to follow him, glorifying God. And, all the people, beholding, gave praise unto God.

But, seeing the multitudes, he was moved with compassion concerning them, because they were torn and thrown down, like sheep hating no shepherd.

Whence he was obliged, in every way, unto the brethren, to be made like, that he might become a merciful and faithful high-priest, in the things pertaining unto God,—for the making of propitiation for the sins of the people.

They say unto him—Lord! that, our eyes, may open.

And, when they drew near unto Jerusalem, and came unto Bethphage, unto the Mount of Olives, then, Jesus sent forth two disciples;
