And I heard the messenger of the waters, saying—Righteous, art thou Who art, and Who wast, Who art full of lovingkindness,—in that, these things, thou hast adjudged;
and they sing the song of Moses the servant of God and the song of the Lamb, saying—Great and marvelous, are thy works, Lord, God, the Almighty! Righteous and true, are thy ways, O King of the ages!
The same, had been orally taught the way of the Lord, and, being fervent in his spirit, began speaking and teaching accurately, the things concerning Jesus,—properly knowing, only the immersion of John.
Against thee—against thee alone, have I sinned, And, wickedness—in thine eyes, have I done,—That thou mayest, Be justified when thou speakest,—Be clear when thou judgest.
Then said Adoni-bezek—Seventy kings, with their thumbs and great toes cut off, have been picking up crumbs under my table, as I have done, so, hath God requited me. And they brought him into Jerusalem, and he died there.
I say unto you—A greater, among them that are born of women, than John, is there none; but, he that is least in the kingdom of God, is greater than he.
