Then David entrusted the provisions that were upon him to the care of the keeper of the stores, and ran unto the ranks,—and came and asked for the welfare of his brethren.
So he said to him—Go, I pray thee, look after the welfare of thy brethren, and the welfare of the flock, and bring me back word. And he sent him from the vale of Hebron, and he came in towards Shechem.
So Moses went forth to meet his father-in-law, and bowed himself down to him and kissed him, and they asked each other of their welfare,—and came into the tent.
