When thou walkest, it shall lead thee; When thou sleepest, it shall watch over thee; And when thou awakest, it shall talk with thee.
Thy word have I laid up in mine heart, That I might not sin against thee.
Mine eyes prevented the night watches, That I might meditate in thy word.
Thy testimonies also are my delight And my counsellors. ד DALETH
Thy statutes have been my songs In the house of my pilgrimage.
Wherewithal shall a young man cleanse his way? By taking heed thereto according to thy word.
Oh how love I thy law! It is my meditation all the day.
As for the works of men, by the word of thy lips I have kept me from the ways of the violent.
I will not be afraid of ten thousands of the people, That have set themselves against me round about.
O send out thy light and thy truth; let them lead me: Let them bring me unto thy holy hill, And to thy tabernacles.
Discretion shall watch over thee, Understanding shall keep thee:
