Then Benaiah the son of Jehoiada went up, and fell upon him, and slew him; and he was buried in his own house in the wilderness.

And in those days cometh John the Baptist, preaching in the wilderness of Judaea,

and the border went up to Beth-hoglah, and passed along by the north of Beth-arabah; and the border went up to the stone of Bohan the son of Reuben:

Kirjath-baal (the same is Kirjath-jearim), and Rabbah; two cities with their villages.

and Nibshan, and the City of Salt, and En-gedi; six cities with their villages.

and it passed along to the side over against the Arabah northward, and went down unto the Arabah:

And Joshua and all Israel made as if they were beaten before them, and fled by the way of the wilderness.
