Jeremiah 33:25

Thus saith the LORD: If my covenant of day and night stand not, if I have not appointed the ordinances of heaven and earth;

And God set them in the firmament of the heaven to give light upon the earth,

While the earth remaineth, seedtime and harvest, and cold and heat, and summer and winter, and day and night shall not cease.

He appointed the moon for seasons: The sun knoweth his going down.

They abide this day according to thine ordinances; For all things are thy servants.

He hath also stablished them for ever and ever: He hath made a decree which shall not pass away.

Thus saith the LORD: If ye can break my covenant of the day, and my covenant of the night, so that there should not be day and night in their season;
