Owe no man anything, save to love one another: for he that loveth his neighbour hath fulfilled the law.
Love worketh no ill to his neighbour: love therefore is the fulfillment of the law.
For the whole law is fulfilled in one word, even in this; Thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself.
All things therefore whatsoever ye would that men should do unto you, even so do ye also unto them: for this is the law and the prophets.
Render to all their dues: tribute to whom tribute is due; custom to whom custom; fear to whom fear; honour to whom honour.
Howbeit if ye fulfill the royal law, according to the scripture, Thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself, ye do well:
and above all these things put on love, which is the bond of perfectness.
A new commandment I give unto you, that ye love one another; even as I have loved you, that ye also love one another.
But the end of the charge is love out of a pure heart and a good conscience and faith unfeigned:
In this the children of God are manifest, and the children of the devil: whosoever doeth not righteousness is not of God, neither he that loveth not his brother.
