And the name of that place was called Taberah: because the fire of the LORD burnt among them.

Therefore the LORD heard, and was wroth: And a fire was kindled against Jacob, And anger also went up against Israel;

And the mixed multitude that was among them fell a lusting: and the children of Israel also wept again, and said, Who shall give us flesh to eat?

And fire came forth from the LORD, and devoured the two hundred and fifty men that offered the incense.

And at Taberah, and at Massah, and at Kibroth-hattaavah, ye provoked the LORD to wrath.
