and Joanna the wife of Chuza Herod's steward, and Susanna, and many others, which ministered unto them of their substance.

For the bishop must be blameless, as God's steward; not selfwilled, not soon angry, no brawler, no striker, not greedy of filthy lucre;

Ye ask, and receive not, because ye ask amiss, that ye may spend it in your pleasures.

according as each hath received a gift, ministering it among yourselves, as good stewards of the manifold grace of God;
