Leviticus 19:36

Just balances, just weights, a just ephah, and a just hin, shall ye have: I am the LORD your God, which brought you out of the land of Egypt.

A false balance is an abomination to the LORD: But a just weight is his delight.

I am the LORD thy God, which brought thee out of the land of Egypt, out of the house of bondage.

Divers weights, and divers measures, Both of them alike are an abomination to the LORD.

And ye shall observe all my statutes, and all my judgements, and do them: I am the LORD.

for the shewbread also, and for the fine flour for a meal offering, whether of unleavened wafers, or of that which is baked in the pan, or of that which is soaked, and for all manner of measure and size;

Ye shall have just balances, and a just ephah, and a just bath.

Shall I be pure with wicked balances, and with a bag of deceitful weights?

And I said, What is it? And he said, This is the ephah that goeth forth. He said moreover, This is their resemblance in all the land:

For I am the LORD that brought you up out of the land of Egypt, to be your God: ye shall therefore be holy, for I am holy.

A just balance and scales are the LORD's: All the weights of the bag are his work.
