And thou shalt be secure, because there is hope; Yea, thou shalt search about thee, and shalt take thy rest in safety.

And thy life shall be clearer than the noonday; Though there be darkness, it shall be as the morning.

Also thou shalt lie down, and none shall make thee afraid; Yea, many shall make suit unto thee.

What is my strength, that I should wait? And what is mine end, at I should be patient?

My days are swifter than a weaver's shuttle, And are spent without hope

It is vain for you that ye rise up early, and so late take rest, And eat the bread of toil: For so he giveth unto his beloved sleep.

I laid me down and slept; I awaked; for the LORD sustaineth me.

In peace will I both lay me down and sleep: For thou, LORD, alone makest me dwell in safety.

Why art thou cast down, O my soul? And why art thou disquieted within me? Hope thou in God: for I shall yet praise him, Who is the health of my countenance, and my God.

The wicked is thrust down in his evil-doing: But the righteous hath hope in his death.

to whom God was pleased to make known what is the riches of the glory of this mystery among the Gentiles, which is Christ in you, the hope of glory:
