Ezekiel 37:9

Then said he unto me, Prophesy unto the wind, prophesy, son of man, and say to the wind, Thus saith the Lord GOD Come from the four winds, O breath, and breathe upon these slain, that they may live.

Thou sendest forth thy spirit, they are created; And thou renewest the face of the ground.

Awake, O north wind; and come, thou south; Blow upon my garden, that the spices thereof may flow out. Let my beloved come into his garden, And eat his precious fruits.

And I will put my spirit in you, and ye shall live, and I will place you in your own land: and ye shall know that I the LORD have spoken it, and performed it, saith the LORD.

Again he said unto me, Prophesy over these bones, and say unto them, O ye dry bones, hear the word of the LORD.

Thus saith the Lord GODunto these bones: Behold, I will cause breath to enter into you, and ye shall live.

And I beheld, and lo, there were sinews upon them, and flesh came up, and skin covered them above: but there was no breath in them.

And when he shall stand up, his kingdom shall be broken, and shall be divided toward the four winds of heaven; but not to his posterity, nor according to his dominion wherewith he ruled; for his kingdom shall be plucked up, even for others beside these.

I will ransom them from the power of the grave; I will redeem them from death: O death, where are thy plagues? O grave, where is thy destruction? repentance shall be hid from mine eyes.

And the angel answered and said unto me, These are the four winds of heaven, which go forth from standing before the Lord of all the earth.

The wind bloweth where it listeth, and thou hearest the voice thereof, but knowest not whence it cometh, and whither it goeth: so is every one that is born of the Spirit.

And they say unto me, Thou must prophesy again over many peoples and nations and tongues and kings.

And after the three days and a half the breath of life from God entered into them, and they stood upon their feet; and great fear fell upon them which beheld them.
