But by the grace of God I am what I am: and his grace which was bestowed upon me was not found vain; but I laboured more abundantly than they all: yet not I, but the grace of God which was with me.

For it is not ye that speak, but the Spirit of your Father that speaketh in you.

not that we are sufficient of ourselves, to account anything as from ourselves; but our sufficiency is from God;

And working together with him we entreat also that ye receive not the grace of God in vain

(for he that wrought for Peter unto the apostleship of the circumcision wrought for me also unto the Gentiles);

for it is God which worketh in you both to will and to work, for his good pleasure.

I can do all things in him that strengtheneth me.

But we beseech you, brethren, to know them that labour among you, and are over you in the Lord, and admonish you;

For to this end we labour and strive, because we have our hope set on the living God, who is the Saviour of all men, specially of them that believe.
