Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and do not rely on your own insight.

That your trust may be in the Lord, I have made them known to you today, even to you.

Behold, he will slay me; I have no hope; yet I will defend my ways to his face.

Do not toil to acquire wealth; be wise enough to desist.

we who first hoped in Christ have been destined and appointed to live for the praise of his glory.

Sometimes the cloud was a few days over the tabernacle, and according to the command of the Lord they remained in camp; then according to the command of the Lord they set out.

Whether it was two days, or a month, or a longer time, that the cloud continued over the tabernacle, abiding there, the people of Israel remained in camp and did not set out; but when it was taken up they set out.

So we fasted and besought our God for this, and he listened to our entreaty.
