for they are a fair garland for your head, and pendants for your neck.

Wisdom is a fountain of life to him who has it, but folly is the chastisement of fools.

He who gets wisdom loves himself; he who keeps understanding will prosper.

He who pursues righteousness and kindness will find life and honor.

Keep hold of instruction, do not let go; guard her, for she is your life.

For they are life to him who finds them, and healing to all his flesh.

For he who finds me finds life and obtains favor from the Lord;

O Lord, by these things men live, and in all these is the life of my spirit. Oh, restore me to health and make me live!

For it is no trifle for you, but it is your life, and thereby you shall live long in the land which you are going over the Jordan to possess.”
