Matthew 27:60

and laid it in his own new tomb, which he had hewn in the rock; and he rolled a great stone to the door of the tomb, and departed.

And they made his grave with the wicked and with a rich man in his death, although he had done no violence, and there was no deceit in his mouth.

And behold, there was a great earthquake; for an angel of the Lord descended from heaven and came and rolled back the stone, and sat upon it.

So they went and made the sepulchre secure by sealing the stone and setting a guard.

Now on the first day of the week Mary Magdalene came to the tomb early, while it was still dark, and saw that the stone had been taken away from the tomb.

And they found the stone rolled away from the tomb,

My father made me swear, saying, ‘I am about to die: in my tomb which I hewed out for myself in the land of Canaan, there shall you bury me.’ Now therefore let me go up, I pray you, and bury my father; then I will return.”

What have you to do here and whom have you here, that you have hewn here a tomb for yourself, you who hew a tomb on the height, and carve a habitation for yourself in the rock?

And Joseph took the body, and wrapped it in a clean linen shroud,

Then Jesus, deeply moved again, came to the tomb; it was a cave, and a stone lay upon it.

So they took away the stone. And Jesus lifted up his eyes and said, “Father, I thank thee that thou hast heard me.

Now in the place where he was crucified there was a garden, and in the garden a new tomb where no one had ever been laid.
