Now when Jesus came into the district of Caesarea Philippi, he asked his disciples, “Who do men say that the Son of man is?”

“I say to you, rise, take up your pallet and go home.”

Which is easier, to say to the paralytic, ‘Your sins are forgiven,’ or to say, ‘Rise, take up your pallet and walk’?

God exalted him at his right hand as Leader and Savior, to give repentance to Israel and forgiveness of sins.
