And Jesus said to him, “What do you want me to do for you?” And the blind man said to him, “Master, let me receive my sight.”

“Ask, and it will be given you; seek, and you will find; knock, and it will be opened to you.

In that night God appeared to Solomon, and said to him, “Ask what I shall give you.”

Have no anxiety about anything, but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God.

Do not be like them, for your Father knows what you need before you ask him.
