and he said to Aaron, “Take a bull calf for a sin offering, and a ram for a burnt offering, both without blemish, and offer them before the Lord.

In the tenth year, in the tenth month, on the twelfth day of the month, the word of the Lord came to me:

“If his gift for a burnt offering is from the flock, from the sheep or goats, he shall offer a male without blemish;

“If his offering is a burnt offering from the herd, he shall offer a male without blemish; he shall offer it at the door of the tent of meeting, that he may be accepted before the Lord;

But thus shall Aaron come into the holy place: with a young bull for a sin offering and a ram for a burnt offering.

And he shall take from the congregation of the people of Israel two male goats for a sin offering, and one ram for a burnt offering.

if it is the anointed priest who sins, thus bringing guilt on the people, then let him offer for the sin which he has committed a young bull without blemish to the Lord for a sin offering.

Then he brought the bull of the sin offering; and Aaron and his sons laid their hands upon the head of the bull of the sin offering.

Then he presented the ram of the burnt offering; and Aaron and his sons laid their hands on the head of the ram.

And say to the people of Israel, ‘Take a male goat for a sin offering, and a calf and a lamb, both a year old without blemish, for a burnt offering,

For our sake he made him to be sin who knew no sin, so that in him we might become the righteousness of God.

Because of this he is bound to offer sacrifice for his own sins as well as for those of the people.

He has no need, like those high priests, to offer sacrifices daily, first for his own sins and then for those of the people; he did this once for all when he offered up himself.
