“So perish all thine enemies, O Lord! But thy friends be like the sun as he rises in his might.” And the land had rest for forty years.

He will bring forth your vindication as the light, and your right as the noonday.

But the path of the righteous is like the light of dawn, which shines brighter and brighter until full day.

The Lord loves those who hate evil; he preserves the lives of his saints; he delivers them from the hand of the wicked.

So the land had rest forty years. Then Othni-el the son of Kenaz died.

Zion hears and is glad, and the daughters of Judah rejoice, because of thy judgments, O God.

For lo, thy enemies, O Lord, for lo, thy enemies shall perish; all evildoers shall be scattered.

So Moab was subdued that day under the hand of Israel. And the land had rest for eighty years.

and you shall love the Lord your God with all your heart, and with all your soul, and with all your might.

but showing steadfast love to thousands of those who love me and keep my commandments.
