“For you shall go out in joy, and be led forth in peace; the mountains and the hills before you shall break forth into singing, and all the trees of the field shall clap their hands.

So he led forth his people with joy, his chosen ones with singing.

the voice of mirth and the voice of gladness, the voice of the bridegroom and the voice of the bride, the voices of those who sing, as they bring thank offerings to the house of the Lord: ‘Give thanks to the Lord of hosts, for the Lord is good, for his steadfast love endures for ever!’ For I will restore the fortunes of the land as at first, says the Lord.

Clap your hands, all peoples! Shout to God with loud songs of joy!

Not only so, but we also rejoice in God through our Lord Jesus Christ, through whom we have now received our reconciliation.

All your sons shall be taught by the Lord, and great shall be the prosperity of your sons.

The pastures of the wilderness drip, the hills gird themselves with joy,

Let heaven and earth praise him, the seas and everything that moves therein.

Break forth together into singing, you waste places of Jerusalem; for the Lord has comforted his people, he has redeemed Jerusalem.

For I know the plans I have for you, says the Lord, plans for welfare and not for evil, to give you a future and a hope.

And all the trees of the field shall know that I the Lord bring low the high tree, and make high the low tree, dry up the green tree, and make the dry tree flourish. I the Lord have spoken, and I will do it.”
