In that day the Lord of hosts will be a crown of glory, and a diadem of beauty, to the remnant of his people;

And there will be a highway from Assyria for the remnant which is left of his people, as there was for Israel when they came up from the land of Egypt.

The sun shall be no more your light by day, nor for brightness shall the moon give light to you by night; but the Lord will be your everlasting light, and your God will be your glory.

You shall be a crown of beauty in the hand of the Lord, and a royal diadem in the hand of your God.

And I put a ring on your nose, and earrings in your ears, and a beautiful crown upon your head.

Then the clans of Judah shall say to themselves, ‘The inhabitants of Jerusalem have strength through the Lord of hosts, their God.’

a light for revelation to the Gentiles, and for glory to thy people Israel.”

For this slight momentary affliction is preparing for us an eternal weight of glory beyond all comparison,

And when the chief Shepherd is manifested you will obtain the unfading crown of glory.
