Then Joseph made ready his chariot and went up to meet Israel his father in Goshen; and he presented himself to him, and fell on his neck, and wept on his neck a good while.

But Esau ran to meet him, and embraced him, and fell on his neck and kissed him, and they wept.

and he made him to ride in his second chariot; and they cried before him, “Bow the knee!” Thus he set him over all the land of Egypt.

Then Joseph made haste, for his heart yearned for his brother, and he sought a place to weep. And he entered his chamber and wept there.

Command them also, ‘Do this: take wagons from the land of Egypt for your little ones and for your wives, and bring your father, and come.

And he wept aloud, so that the Egyptians heard it, and the household of Pharaoh heard it.

The sons of Israel did so; and Joseph gave them wagons, according to the command of Pharaoh, and gave them provisions for the journey.

Israel said to Joseph, “Now let me die, since I have seen your face and know that you are still alive.”

And there went up with him both chariots and horsemen; it was a very great company.

And he arose and came to his father. But while he was yet at a distance, his father saw him and had compassion, and ran and embraced him and kissed him.

And they all wept and embraced Paul and kissed him,
