He measured also the vestibule, twenty cubits; and round about the vestibule of the gateway was the court.
He said to me, ‘It is Solomon your son who shall build my house and my courts, for I have chosen him to be my son, and I will be his father.
Enter his gates with thanksgiving, and his courts with praise! Give thanks to him, bless his name!
“You shall make the court of the tabernacle. On the south side the court shall have hangings of fine twined linen a hundred cubits long for one side;
the hangings of the court, its pillars and its bases, and the screen for the gate of the court;
but those who garner it shall eat it and praise the Lord, and those who gather it shall drink it in the courts of my sanctuary.”
Then he measured the gate from the back of the one side room to the back of the other, a breadth of five and twenty cubits, from door to door.
