Ephesians 5:24

As the church is subject to Christ, so let wives also be subject in everything to their husbands.

however, let each one of you love his wife as himself, and let the wife see that she respects her husband.

Show yourself in all respects a model of good deeds, and in your teaching show integrity, gravity,

Children, obey your parents in everything, for this pleases the Lord.

Bid slaves to be submissive to their masters and to give satisfaction in every respect; they are not to be refractory,

Slaves, obey in everything those who are your earthly masters, not with eyeservice, as men-pleasers, but in singleness of heart, fearing the Lord.

“Thus you shall do to Aaron and to his sons, according to all that I have commanded you; through seven days shall you ordain them,

Take heed to all that I have said to you; and make no mention of the names of other gods, nor let such be heard out of your mouth.

The seventy returned with joy, saying, “Lord, even the demons are subject to us in your name!”

For the husband is the head of the wife as Christ is the head of the church, his body, and is himself its Savior.

Husbands, love your wives, as Christ loved the church and gave himself up for her,
