Of a foreigner you may exact it; but whatever of yours is with your brother your hand shall release.

“If you lend money to any of my people with you who is poor, you shall not be to him as a creditor, and you shall not exact interest from him.

The slave does not continue in the house for ever; the son continues for ever.

So then, as we have opportunity, let us do good to all men, and especially to those who are of the household of faith.

And this is the manner of the release: every creditor shall release what he has lent to his neighbor; he shall not exact it of his neighbor, his brother, because the Lord's release has been proclaimed.

To a foreigner you may lend upon interest, but to your brother you shall not lend upon interest; that the Lord your God may bless you in all that you undertake in the land which you are entering to take possession of it.

“When you make a vow to the Lord your God, you shall not be slack to pay it; for the Lord your God will surely require it of you, and it would be sin in you.
