and has made known to us your love in the Spirit.

I appeal to you, brethren, by our Lord Jesus Christ and by the love of the Spirit, to strive together with me in your prayers to God on my behalf,

for God did not give us a spirit of timidity but a spirit of power and love and self-control.

because we have heard of your faith in Christ Jesus and of the love which you have for all the saints,

But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness,

and hope does not disappoint us, because God's love has been poured into our hearts through the Holy Spirit which has been given to us.

Having purified your souls by your obedience to the truth for a sincere love of the brethren, love one another earnestly from the heart.

For there is nothing hid, except to be made manifest; nor is anything secret, except to come to light.
