but brother goes to law against brother, and that before unbelievers?
Then he sent his brothers away, and as they departed, he said to them, “Do not quarrel on the way.”
And on the following day he appeared to them as they were quarreling and would have reconciled them, saying, ‘Men, you are brethren, why do you wrong each other?’
When one of you has a grievance against a brother, does he dare go to law before the unrighteous instead of the saints?
To have lawsuits at all with one another is defeat for you. Why not rather suffer wrong? Why not rather be defrauded?
Do not be mismated with unbelievers. For what partnership have righteousness and iniquity? Or what fellowship has light with darkness?
What accord has Christ with Belial? Or what has a believer in common with an unbeliever?
If any one does not provide for his relatives, and especially for his own family, he has disowned the faith and is worse than an unbeliever.
