Ahitub of Zadok, Zadok of Shallum,

The sons of Kohath: Amram, Izhar, Hebron, and Uzziel.

Of Gershom: Libni his son, Jahath his son, Zimmah his son,

The sons of Merari: Mahli and Mushi. These are the families of the Levites according to their generations.

And the sons of Merari by their families: Mahli and Mushi. These are the families of the Levites, by their fathers' houses.

Of Merari were the family of the Mahlites and the family of the Mushites: these are the families of Merari.
