How precious to me are thy thoughts, O God! How vast is the sum of them!

And Isaac went out to meditate in the field in the evening; and he lifted up his eyes and looked, and behold, there were camels coming.

O how abundant is thy goodness, which thou hast laid up for those who fear thee, and wrought for those who take refuge in thee, in the sight of the sons of men!

How precious is thy steadfast love, O God! The children of men take refuge in the shadow of thy wings.

Thou hast multiplied, O Lord my God, thy wondrous deeds and thy thoughts toward us; none can compare with thee! Were I to proclaim and tell of them, they would be more than can be numbered.

Sacrifice and offering thou dost not desire; but thou hast given me an open ear. Burnt offering and sin offering thou hast not required.

How great are thy works, O Lord! Thy thoughts are very deep!

rejoicing in his inhabited world and delighting in the sons of men.

For I know the plans I have for you, says the Lord, plans for welfare and not for evil, to give you a future and a hope.
