Greet Ampliatus, my dear friend in the Lord.

And whatever you say or do, let it be in the name of the Lord Jesus, as you give thanks to God the Father through him.

I, Paul, am writing this greeting with my own hand. Remember that I’m being held in chains. May God’s grace be with you.

I, Paul, write this greeting in my own handwriting. That’s how I prove that I’m the author of all my letters. I always do it that way.
