No, you’ve come to Mount Zion, the city of the living God, the heavenly Jerusalem. You’ve come to a place where thousands and thousands of angels have gathered to celebrate.

In front of the throne there was also something that looked like a sea of glass, clear as crystal. In the inner circle, around the throne, were four living creatures. They were covered with eyes in front and in back.

All around the throne there were 24 other thrones, and 24 elders were sitting on them. The elders were dressed in white, and they had gold crowns on their heads.

Then I heard the noise of a huge crowd. It sounded like the roar of rushing waters and like loud thunder. The people were shouting, “Hallelujah! The Lord our God is the King who rules over all.

All the angels were standing around the throne and the elders and the four living creatures. They fell down on their faces in front of the throne and worshiped God.

The four living creatures said, “Amen,” and the elders fell down and worshiped.

And then I saw, in the center of the area around the throne, surrounded by the four living creatures and the elders, a Lamb. He looked as if he had been put to death. He had seven horns and seven eyes, which stand for the seven spirits of God that are sent out into all the earth.

Enoch, the seventh man in the family line of Adam, gave a prophecy about these people. He said, “Look! The Lord is coming with thousands and thousands of his holy ones.

Then the four living creatures and the 24 elders fell down in front of the Lamb. Each one had a harp, and they were holding golden bowls full of incense. These bowls stand for the prayers of God’s people.

There was an army of troops on horseback, and I heard someone say that it had 200,000,000 soldiers.
