The Holy Spirit and the bride say, “Come!” Let the person who hears say, “Come!” Let the one who is thirsty come and take the free gift of the water of life.

But anyone who drinks the water I give them will never get thirsty. In fact, the water I give them will become a spring of water inside them bubbling up into eternal life.”

He said to me, “It’s done. I’m the Alpha and the Omega, the Beginning and the End. If anyone is thirsty, I’ll give them water for free from the spring of the water of life.

On the last and most important day of the feast, Jesus stood up and called in a loud voice, “Let anyone who is thirsty come to me and drink!

Jesus answered, “If you knew the gift of God and who was asking you for a drink, you would have asked him, and he would have given you living water.”

Then the angel showed me the river of the water of life, clear as crystal, flowing down the middle of the city’s main street from the throne of God and of the Lamb. On each side of the river was the tree of life. It bore 12 crops of fruit, a different one each month, and its leaves brought healing to the nations.

One of the seven angels who had the seven bowls filled with the seven last plagues came and said to me, “Come, I’ll show you the bride, the wife of the Lamb.”

I saw the Holy City, the new Jerusalem, coming down out of heaven from God like a bride dressed beautifully for her husband.

but the free gift of God’s grace makes us right with him. Christ Jesus paid the price to set us free.

“I, Jesus, have sent my angel to give you this witness for the churches. I’m the Root and the Son of David. I’m the bright Morning Star.”

‘Whoever has ears should listen to what the Spirit is saying to the churches. If anyone wins the victory, I’ll let them to eat from the tree of life that’s in God’s paradise.’

What we have received is not the spirit of the world, but the Spirit who is from God, so that we can understand what God has freely given us.

“Come and see a man who told me everything I’ve ever done. Could this be the Messiah?”

“Sir,” the woman said, “you don’t have any jar, and the well is deep. Where would you get this living water?

The Lamb in the center of the area around the throne will be their shepherd. ‘He will lead them to springs of living water,’ ‘and God will wipe away every tear from their eyes.’ ”

Then I heard a voice from heaven say, “Write this: Blessed are the dead who die as believers in the Lord from now on.” “Yes,” says the Spirit, “they will rest from their labor, and they’ll be rewarded for what they’ve done.”

When the two disciples heard him say that, they followed Jesus.
