Revelation 15:1

Radiate New Testament

I saw another great and amazing sign in heaven. Seven angels were about to bring the seven last plagues that would complete God’s anger.

One of the seven angels who had the seven bowls filled with the seven last plagues came and said to me, “Come, I’ll show you the bride, the wife of the Lamb.”

The rider has a sharp sword coming out of his mouth. He’ll use it to strike down the nations. “He will rule them with an iron scepter.” He crushes the grapes in the winepress of the terrible anger of God Almighty.

Then I heard a loud voice from the temple saying to the seven angels, “Go, pour out the seven bowls of God’s great anger on the earth.”

So the angel swung his sickle over the earth and gathered its grapes, and then he threw them into a huge winepress. The winepress stands for God’s anger.

they too will drink the wine of God’s great anger! His wine has been poured full strength into the cup of his anger. They will be burned with flaming sulfur, and the holy angels and the Lamb will witness their punishment.

The second terrible judgment has passed. The third one is coming soon.

and he gave a loud shout like the roar of a lion. When he shouted, the voices of the seven thunders spoke.

Then the seven angels who had the seven trumpets got ready to blow them.

As I watched, I heard an eagle that was flying high in the air call out in a loud voice, “Woe! Woe! Woe to those living on the earth when the next three angels blow their trumpets!”

Then I saw seven trumpets being given to the seven angels who stand in front of God.

The people who weren’t killed by these plagues still didn’t stop what they’d been doing. They didn’t stop worshiping demons and idols made out of gold, silver, bronze, stone, and wood. Those idols can’t see or hear or walk.

One of the seven angels who had the seven bowls came to me and said, “Come, I’ll show you how the great prostitute is going be punished. She’s the one who sits on many waters.
