Everyone who lives on the earth will worship the beast if their name hasn’t been written in the book of life that belongs to the Lamb, who was willing to be a sacrifice from the time the world began.

This beast had all the authority of the first beast, and it carried out its wishes. It made the earth and everyone who lives on it worship the first beast. The first beast was the one whose deadly wound had been healed.
