No one should look out only for their own interests. Instead, they should look out for the interests of others.

We who are strong should accommodate those who are weak and not please only ourselves.

If you really keep the royal law that’s found in Scripture, “Love your neighbor as you love yourself,” you’ll be doing what’s right.

If someone is happy, share their happiness, and if someone is sad, share their sadness.

If anyone is weak, I feel weak. If anyone is led into sin, I burn on the inside.

“But what if someone causes one of these little ones who believe in me to sin? It would be better for them to be thrown into the sea with a large millstone hung around their neck and drown at the bottom.

We don’t put anything in anyone’s way, so no one should find fault with our work.

All the others are looking out for their own interests, not for the interests of Jesus Christ.
