Then Jesus said to his disciples, “I tell you, don’t worry about your life and what you will eat, and don’t worry about your body and what you will wear.

Don’t worry about anything, but in every situation, pray and give thanks to God and ask him to help you.

Turn all your worries over to him, because he cares about you.
