“Again, I tell you truly, if two of you on earth agree about anything you ask for, my Father in heaven will do it for you.

So I tell you, when you pray for something, believe that you have already received it. Then it will be yours.

When that time comes, you won’t ask me anything anymore. Truly I tell you, my Father will give you anything you ask for in my name.

because I know you’re praying for me and that God will give me the Spirit of Jesus Christ to help me. No matter what happens, I’ll be set free.

If you believe, you will receive what you ask for when you pray.”

But if you remain in me and my words remain in you, you can ask for anything you wish, and it will be done for you.

and God will give us anything we ask for. That’s because we obey his commands and do what pleases him.

So Peter was kept in prison, but the church was praying hard to God for him.

After Paul had seen this vision, we got ready at once to leave for Macedonia, because we concluded that God had called us to preach the good news there.
