On the first day of the Feast of Unleavened Bread, when it was time to sacrifice the Passover lamb, Jesus’ disciples asked him, “Where do you want us to go and prepare the Passover meal for you?”
But then the chosen time came, and God sent his Son. He was born to a woman, and he was born under the authority of the law. This was so he could set everyone free who was under the authority of the law.
When the Passover and the Feast of Unleavened Bread were only two days away, the chief priests and the teachers of the law got together to make plans to arrest Jesus secretly and kill him.
