“What do you want me to do for you?” Jesus asked him. The blind man responded, “Rabbi, I want to be able to see.”
“What do you want me to do for you?” he replied.
“Ask, and it will be given to you. Seek, and you will find. Knock, and the door will be opened to you.
Don’t worry about anything, but in every situation, pray and give thanks to God and ask him to help you.
Don’t be like them, because your Father knows what you need even before you ask him.
They love to be greeted with respect in the markets and to be called ‘Rabbi.’
Jesus said to her, “Mary.” She turned toward him and cried out in the Hebrew language, “Rabboni!” (That means Teacher.)
“But you shouldn’t be called ‘Rabbi,’ because you have only one Teacher, and you are all brothers.
He threw his coat to one side, jumped to his feet, and came to Jesus.
