After John was put in prison, Jesus went into Galilee, and there he preached the good news of God.

Jesus went all over Galilee, teaching in the synagogues, preaching the good news of the kingdom, and healing every illness and sickness that the people had.

John the Baptist was put in prison, and when Jesus heard about that, he went back to Galilee.

He came and preached peace to you who were far away and peace to those who were near.

After this, Jesus traveled around from one town and village to another, announcing the good news of God’s kingdom. His 12 disciples were with him,

They arranged to meet with Paul on a certain day. When it came, even more of the Jewish leaders went to the place where he was staying. From morning until evening, he told them about the kingdom of God. He used the Law of Moses and the Prophets to try to convince them about Jesus.

Jesus went through all the towns and villages, teaching in their synagogues, preaching the good news of the kingdom, and healing every illness and sickness.

“I spent a lot of time with you preaching about the kingdom, but now I know that none of you will ever see me again.

He told his officials, “This is John the Baptist. He has risen from the dead! That’s why he has the power to do miracles.”

But Herod added another sin to all the others by locking John up in prison.

John the Baptist was in prison, and when he heard about what the Messiah was doing, he sent his disciples

From that time on Jesus began to preach, “Turn away from your sins, because the kingdom of heaven is near.”

From Paul, a servant of Christ Jesus, who has been appointed as an apostle and set apart for the good news of God.
