Luke 8:22

One day Jesus said to his disciples, “Let’s go over to the other side of the lake.” So they got into a boat and headed out.

Jesus made his disciples get right into the boat and go on ahead of him to Bethsaida while he said goodbye to the crowd.

As they were sailing, Jesus fell asleep. Then a storm came down on the lake. It was so severe that the boat was about to sink, so they were all in great danger.

One day when Jesus was standing by the Sea of Galilee, all the people crowded around him to listen to the word of God.

Then he left them, got back into the boat, and crossed over to the other side of the lake.

Afterwards Jesus made the disciples get right into the boat and go on ahead of him to the other side of the lake while he said goodbye to the crowd.

Some time after this, Jesus crossed over to the other side of the Sea of Galilee. (It’s also known as the Sea of Tiberias.)

Jesus went by boat back across the Sea of Galilee. When he landed on the other side, a large crowd gathered around him.

When Jesus saw the crowd around him, he told his disciples to get ready to cross to the other side of the Sea of Galilee.

When the demons came out of the man, they went into the pigs, and the whole herd rushed down the steep bank, ran into the lake, and was drowned.

We boarded a ship from Adramyttium that was about to sail for ports along the coast of the province of Asia. When we headed out to sea, Aristarchus, a Macedonian from Thessalonica, came with us.
