Do you have faith that there’s one God? Good for you! Even the demons believe that, and they tremble!

You spoke against the Holy and Blameless One, and you asked for a murderer to be set free instead.

Because those children have bodies made out of flesh and blood, Jesus became human like them in order to die for them. By doing that, he could stop the one who rules over the kingdom of death, that is, the devil,

So they came and spoke to them politely. They brought them out of the prison and requested them to leave the city.

In fact, Herod and Pontius Pilate met with the Gentiles and the people of Israel in this city. Together they conspired against your holy servant Jesus, your chosen one.

You will not leave me in the place of the dead. You will not let your holy one decay.

Then all the people who lived in the land of the Gerasenes were so filled with fear that they asked Jesus to go away. So he got into the boat to leave.

When he saw Jesus, he cried out and fell at his feet. He shouted at the top of his voice, “Jesus, Son of the Most High God, what do you want with me? I beg you, don’t torture me!”

Jesus healed many people who had different kinds of sicknesses. He also drove out many demons, but he wouldn’t permit the demons speak, because they knew who he was.

In the synagogue there was a man who was controlled by a demon, that is, an evil spirit. He cried out at the top of his voice,
