Jesus returned to Galilee in the power of the Holy Spirit. News about him spread through the whole countryside.

You know what happened all through the area of Judea, starting in Galilee, after John preached about baptism.

John the Baptist was put in prison, and when Jesus heard about that, he went back to Galilee.

After those two days Jesus left and continued on to Galilee.

The news about Jesus spread throughout the whole area.

News about Jesus spread quickly all over Galilee.

After John was put in prison, Jesus went into Galilee, and there he preached the good news of God.

News of this spread through that whole area.

But they went out and spread the news about him all over that area.

When the devil had finished all this tempting, he left Jesus, but he waited for another opportunity to trap him.
