My brothers and sisters, most of you shouldn’t become teachers, because you know that those of us who do teach will be judged more strictly.

They claim that they know God, but their actions show that they don’t know him. They’re despicable, disobedient, and worthless at doing anything good.

As Jesus looked up, he saw rich people putting their gifts into the temple offering boxes.
